Week 4 Observations-Action Research

I was very pleased some topics that I am familiar this week. In a previous life I was heavily involved in six sigma process improvement. Essentially the action research takes me back to the day where all I did was question processes and then try to improve them. In Six Sigma you use a DMAIC process which stands for "Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control". The utilization for force field analysis and nominal group technique is something I have used and now teach in team courses. I am excited about the launch of the project and expect great things to come out of it
